Policy Statement

YEPPO firmly opposes any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation, as well as acts against children, whether they occur in real life or are generated by AI. If you find content on YEPPO that appears to display or promote child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or endangerment against children, please do not download, intercept, or share in any way content that is sexually abused, exploited, or endangered by children. This is a serious violation of the YEPPO policy for the protection of minors (under the age of 18) and should be reported to us immediately.

Eligibility

• ● This policy applies to all registered users of YEPPO.
• ● It is forbidden to register and register by falsifying or impersonating age, and you must be at least 18 years old to register and use YEPPO.

Content Review

● Prohibited content for minors

Underage appearing in live streams, videos, or any other form of content is strictly prohibited.

● Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) 

• It is prohibited to produce or promote the sexual exploitation or abuse of children;
• It is forbidden to solicit children to take sexually explicit images,or ultimately meet face-to-face with someone for sexual purposes, or to engage in a sexual conversation online or, in some instances, to sell/trade the child’s sexual images;
• It is prohibit the promotion or solicitation of children for the purpose of commercial sexual exploitation;
• It is forbidden to invite children to engage in sexual acts, meet outside of the platform, or share sexually explicit images;
• It is forbidden to share non-consensual nudity, intimate or pornographic content to sexually threaten or sexually extort children;
• Statements about intimate body parts or sexual expressions, or sharing or threatening to share child sexual abuse and exploitation content are prohibited.

● Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

• It is forbidden to includes still images, videos, and illustrated, computer-generated or other forms of realistic depictions, as well as live streaming broadcasts of a child in a sexually explicit context, or engaging in sexually explicit acts;
• It is forbidden to livestreaming child sexual abuse,or to direct child abuse,or coerce children into using livestreaming platforms to produce child sexual abuse material;
• It is forbidden to the creation or sharing of authentic or non-authentic Sexual content for children (including photos, videos, real-world art, digital content, and verbal depictions) .

Reporting Mechanism

Actively reporting this type of content helps us maintain a safe online environment, and you can notify us through the in-app reporting tool and learn about other external reporting and support tools.

● Report in the App

Users can report potential violations using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us through the platform's customer service.

● External report

• If you would like to report content that appears to be CSAM, in addition to reporting it in-app, you are encouraged to report it to organizations around the world that are working with law enforcement agencies, including but not limited to the following:
• National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC);
• INHOPE;
• Center for Missing and Exploited Children in the United States.

Emergency Response

• For suspected violating content, the platform will first go through an automated review process. If content is found to be in violation, it will be removed.
• Accounts will be penalized for all violations of the Child Safety Policy.
• Depending on the severity of the violation, YEPPO may disable the account or cooperate with law enforcement authorities in an investigation.
